This calm, light-filled treatment room is designed for hands-on holistic and wellbeing therapies. The room is furnished with a professional electric beauty bed, making it ideal for treatments that require clients to lie comfortably for extended periods. The room is suitable for therapies such as reflexology, reiki, facials, energy work, aromatherapy, skincare treatments and other gentle body-based practices where a beauty bed is appropriate. The space is space is beautifully decorated neutral, ready-to-use and provides a quiet, professional setting for practitioners seeking a flexible, high-quality space within a thoughtfully curated wellbeing environment. Practitioners are welcome to bring small personal items required for their sessions. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱: * Professional beauty bed * Base layers provided on the bed (practitioners are required to bring their own covers, blankets and any additional linens as needed for their treatments) * Access to a water machine * Hot drinks available in reception * WiFi included * Support from a part-time receptionist * Social media support to help promote practitioners working from the space, with content captured by our onsite Social Media Manager. * Social media posts and content to push via Oxton Barns digital channels * Regular practitioners will have a bio on our main website.
Cancellation Policy
Room Rental Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we aim to keep our cancellation policy fair for both practitioners and the space. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking start time will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable, as the room is unlikely to be rebooked at short notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or non-attendance, will be charged in full. Where a booking is rescheduled rather than cancelled, this must also be requested at least 48 hours in advance. In exceptional circumstances, we encourage practitioners to contact us directly, and we will review situations on a case-by-case basis.
