With just six reformer beds, our studio prioritises quality, safety and personalised guidance - never crowded, never rushed.

Meet The Instructors

Kirsty
Hi I'm Kirsty.
I have around 20 years experience in the fitness industry and teach a varity of different classes from Reformer Pilates to Ravinfit.
I love my high energy cardio workouts as well as my calm and collective workouts like yoga and pilates, I think all exercise in any way shape or form has a place and can benefit everyone what ever your experience level. I aim to make my classes as inclusive but fun as possible.

Hi I’m Daria!
With a background in Taekwondo and Rowing, movement has always been part of who I am. Now a Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor, and Runner training for the London Marathon, I’m passionate about building strength that supports both your body and mind. I aim to help you build stability, resilience and longevity.
I believe true progress comes from consistency and balance, not extremes (I’ll never say no to a slice of cake!) So join me in a supportive space to move with purpose, feel empowered and leave stronger every time.

Hi I’m Lauren.
I teach Reformer Pilates here at Oxton Barns. I’m a former professional dancer and aerial/water stunts performer, passionate about helping you connect with your body and movement. Through yoga, Pilates, barre, acro dance, and aerial hoop, I create classes that meet you where you are at.
They are designed to help you move with confidence, build strength and flexibility, and find presence and joy in every practice.

Sarah
Hi, I'm Sarah.
I am a passionate fitness instructor with years of industry experience and a love for helping people enjoy movement and feel their best. I teach a variety of classes including Reformer and Mat Pilates, Spin, Aqua, Circuits etc. I am currently expanding my knowledge by studying Yoga, further deepening my holistic approach to movement and wellbeing.
As a busy mum of four I truly understand the importance of balancing family life, health and self-care, and enjoy supporting others on their own fitness journey.

Tessa
Hi I'm Tessa,
I started in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and through adding Pilates into my routine I discovered how powerful it can be and became a mat and reformer instructor.
My classes are all about helping you teel comfortable, supported and a little stronger every time you walk through the door. I make sure everything is adapted to you, while still giving you that extra push to challenge yourself and keep progressing week by week.
Expect plenty of encouragement, laughs and a class that leaves you feeling stronger every time.

Hi I’m Kerryn,
I’ve been working as a freelance fitness instructor since 2018, starting with spin and building up my qualifications with yoga, pregnancy, kids and fitness yoga, mat Pilates, and last year I took the plunge with Reformer Pilates.
I love the community that is built through group fitness classes, the friendships that are formed and the support you can rely on. We don’t take ourselves too seriously in my classes - health and safety is key, but aside from that I want my participants to have fun and leave the class feeling uplifted and energised. No judgement, no pressure, lots of laughs, and always a fun playlist! Because when the burn gets too much, we distract ourselves with the music!
