Service Description
Week Beginners Reformer Course Starting Tuesday 15th September 7pm - 8pm Designed for those completely new to Reformer Pilates, this 6-week introductory course provides the perfect foundation to begin your movement journey with confidence. With only six reformer beds available, these small and exclusive sessions allow for more hands-on guidance, individual attention, and a calm learning environment. You’ll be gently introduced to the reformer machine, learning correct technique, posture and breathing while building strength, mobility and body awareness. Over the six weeks you will gradually develop confidence with the reformer while improving core strength, flexibility and overall movement quality. This course is ideal if you have never tried reformer before and would like a structured, supportive introduction before joining regular classes. Cancellation Policy
Reformer Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we aim to keep our cancellation policy fair while protecting the limited spaces within our reformer studio. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class or session start time may be rescheduled, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, as reformer spaces are limited and often cannot be rebooked at short notice. Non-attendance will be charged in full. Where a booking is rescheduled rather than cancelled, this must also be requested at least 24 hours in advance. In exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly and we will review situations on a case-by-case basis.
